First we understand your operation. Then we build the software.
Custom systems, websites and online stores, and the support that keeps them running.
Where we can help
Four lines of work. They can be contracted separately or as a single engagement.
What repeats every day does not need a person
We take the mechanical task that eats hours today and leave it running on its own, with a record of every run and a notice when something fails.
- System The system reads the incoming mail A dedicated mailbox receives invoices. The system identifies the attachments and discards what does not belong.
- System It extracts and validates the data It takes supplier, document, date and amount, and checks them against the supplier catalogue and the purchase order.
- System It records and files It creates the record, stores the document under a uniform name and makes it searchable.
- Person A person approves Whoever authorizes receives the case already assembled and decides. This is the step that needs judgment, so it stays.
- System The system closes the loop It notifies accounting, schedules the payment reminder and keeps the full history of the document.
A process you can follow
Six stages, each with a clear goal. None of them ends in a presentation: they end in something you can review.
- We listen
- We define
- We build
- We test with your people
- We go live
- We stay
Modules that are already built
When what you need is something we solved before, there is no reason to start from zero. These modules are enabled separately.
We work with small companies, not in spite of it
A small business is not a large one in miniature. It decides differently, budgets differently and cannot stop operating while a system is installed.
We talk to the person who decides
No intermediate layers, no committees. The same person who knows the problem is the one who approves, and that shortens everything.
We start with what hurts today
Not with a three year transformation plan. We first resolve the bottleneck that is costing time this week.
If nothing needs building, we say so
Sometimes the problem is solved by tidying a process or configuring something you already own. We would rather say that than sell a build.
Tell us what you need
Write to us about what is happening in your operation today. If we can help, we will say so. If we cannot, we will say that too.
